In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 22 against Cynthia Rae Hatting of Carroll on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from domestic abuse assault with intent to cause pain/injury. Hatting was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
A case was initiated against Francisco Jesus Ordaz of Marshalltown on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
