In Greene County district court Shelby Marie McBride, 29, of Moville pleaded not guilty Oct. 10 to a charge of theft- fourth degree. A trial date was set for Dec. 10.
A case was initiated against Cheyenne Selena Vasquez, 27, of Ankeny, charged with possession of marijuana.
