In Greene County magistrate court Katheryn Lea Ward of Des Moines was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge after she pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic abuse assault. Court costs were $231.62.
Lewis Delbert Randolph of Jefferson was sentenced to 10 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of theft- fifth degree. The jail term was suspended and he was placed on unsupervised probation to the Greene County sheriff for one year. Randolph was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. He must pay $22.99 victim restitution and $190.64 court costs. A charge of trespass was dismissed.
