Greene County magistrate court, week ending Aug. 30

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 21 against Kegan Rowdy Steven Claiser of Jefferson on a charge of operating without ignition interlock device. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

Judgments were entered on three charges against Steven Logan Dzuris of Jefferson as follows: simulated public intoxication, consumption of alcohol in public place, and interference with official acts, $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 court costs on each charge. Dzuris was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and complete all recommendations at his own expense.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Bobby Yountylamar Mosely of Fort Dodge, possession of drug paraphernalia; Alicia Anne Marie Ofelt of Churdan, disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior; and Bobby Lee Hunt of Churdan, domestic abuse assault and disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior.
