In Greene County district court Martel Alberto Locatero Avena, 31, of Lincoln, NE, was granted a deferred judgment after he pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while license revoked. He was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. Lucatero Avena must pay a $1,000 civil penalty. Court costs were $100. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
