The Churdan public library will host the Town and Country Band for the annual Tunes & Treats Fourth of July celebration in the city park.
The library staff and trustees will serve treats – ice cream sundaes, brownies a la mode or root beer floats – starting at 6:30 pm. Free will donations will be accepted.
The Town & Country Band, directed by Snowy Anderson, will perform a variety of music, some of it new, at 7 pm. The band also accepts donations to cover expenses.
Concert-goers should plan to bring lawn chairs.
