In Greene County magistrate court Cynthia Sue Baugh of Jefferson was granted a deferred judgment June 13 after she pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault. A judgment was entered for a $105 civil penalty. Court costs were $60. A companion case in district court in which Baugh was charged with child endangerment wad dismissed. Cases were initiated as follows: Crystal Marie Winger of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree, three counts; Jodi Ann Ganoe of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order; and Stephenie Lynn Scigliano of Des Moines, criminal mischief- fifth degree.
