In Greene County district court Brandon Duong, 35, of Jefferson pleaded not guilty to May 30 to charges of kidnapping- second degree armed with dangerous weapon and violation of a custodial order. A trial date was set for Aug. 27.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Tammy Ann Tolsdorf, 56, of Jamaica is charged with possession of a controlled substance- third or subsequent offense (two counts), and possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense.
Cases were initiated during the week ending May 31 as follows: Dale Edward Ganoe, 46, of Jefferson, domestic abuse- third or subsequent offense; Jesse Legrant Edwards, 41, of Shell Knob, MO, burglary- third degree; and Joy Ann Durham, 48, of Fort Dodge, burglary- third degree.
