Patsy McGinnis, age 95, long-time resident of Jefferson, passed away March 31, 2024. Private family interment will be in the Jefferson Municipal Cemetery. Patsy was born November 14, 1928, in Carroll, to Carl and Bessie (Shelts) Kahoe. She survived polio as a young girl which left her with partial leg paralysis.
