In Greene County magistrate court Todd Edward Geisler of Jefferson was sentenced May 6 to two days in jail on a charge of simulated public intoxication. The jail time is concurrent to a sentence on a charge of operating while intoxicated. A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $1575 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, possession of drug paraphernalia; Jodi Ann Ganoe of Jefferson, interference with official acts; Lewis Delbert Randolph of Jefferson, public intoxication; Joseph Edward Blackmon of Jefferson, interference with official acts; and Keri Lynn Moore of Dana theft- fifth degree.
