Cases were initiated in Greene County district court during the week ending Feb. 16 as follows: Bridgette Nicole Perez, 35, of Scranton, domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness; Breanna Dawn Mahers, 21, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana; Whitney Case, 37, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness; Noel Matthew Bartusek, 30, of Churdan, driving while license barred; and Star N. Giord, 32, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated.
All charges are merely an accusation; all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
