In Greene County magistrate court Lewis Delbert Randolph of Urbandale was sentenced to 15 days in jail, with credit for time served, after he pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a protective order. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. In a separate case, a charge against Randolph of hunting while license revoked or suspended was dismissed. He was assessed $60 court costs in that case.
Cases were initiated against Austin Ray Higgins Owens of Jefferson on a charge of providing false identification information; and against Michael Lee Eastman of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree.
