In Greene County magistrate court judgments were entered Dec. 13 in two cases against Eric Nathan Ranker Jr of Scranton. He was charged with theft- fifth degree in each cases. In both cases he was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. The fines and surcharges were suspended. In one case he was ordered to pay $19.99 restitution to HyVee and $60 court costs.; in the second he must pay $104 restitution to Oly’s Corner. He must also pay $421.20 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees.
A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Merissa Shawnay Olson of Jefferson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court costs were $60.
Michelle Ann Cook of Jefferson was sentenced to two days in jail after she pleaded guilty to a charge of contempt of court, amended from violation of a no contact order. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
