A pair of Greene County High School senior choir members are preparing for their third consecutive appearance at the All-State Music Festival.
Olivia Hoyt and Gavin Vander Linden will perform in the Iowa High School Music Association All-State Music Festival in the choir. The two musicians earned a trip to the prestigious event during their sophomore, junior and senior years.
Hoyt, the daughter of Rob and Emily Hoyt of Scranton, is singing first soprano. Vander Linden, the son of Mark and Wendy Vander Linden of Jefferson, will perform second part tenor.
The festival takes place on the Iowa State University campus from November 16 – 18, with the concert Saturday evening. ~courtesy of The Scranton Journal
