All Greene County military veterans are invited to a holiday meal Thursday, Dec. 14, at the Elks lodge in Jefferson. A social hour will begin at 5 pm, followed by dinner catered by Lidderdale Country Store at 6 pm. Music and a short VA benefits briefing will follow the dinner.
Veterans may be accompanied by one guest. There is no charge, as funding is provided by the Iowa County of Veterans Affairs Outreach allocation allowance.
