In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 18 against Megan Diane Miller of Rockwell City on a charge of public intoxication, amended from interference with official acts. Miller was fine3d $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. The court ruled she is unable to pay restitution for her court appointed attorney or court costs.
A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Jonathan Oscar Forkner of Scranton on a charge of failure to dispose of dead animal. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Oct. 20 as follows: Kelly Duane Beaman of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; James Leon Cunningham of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Kyle Dean Rysavy of Jefferson, violation of no contact order, and in a separate order, possession of drug paraphernalia; Audrie Lawrence of Jefferson, violation of no contact order, and in a separate case, possession of drug paraphernalia; Marlene Eleanor Anderson of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; and William Wesley Bingle of Jefferson, public intoxication.
