In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Sept. 6 against Anthony Joseph Nunez of Jefferson on a charge of assault. Nunez was sentenced to two days in jail, consecutive to sentences in two other Greene County cases. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. He must also pay restitution not to exceed $500 for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
