Jefferson Matters’ Tower View Team and the Thomas Jefferson Gardens of Greene County are sponsoring the fourth art fair Saturday, Sept. 16, from 10 am to 4 pm, at Thomas Jefferson Gardens.
Art in the Gardens will feature local and regional artists who will display and offer for sale art works in a variety of media.
Free activities for children include face painting, sidewalk chalk, and a coloring contest. Adults and older children can get in on the fun with the sidewalk chalk contest. Food trucks and music round out the day.
Deep Roots Band will play from 11:30 am to 1 pm, with the Town and Country Band performing at 3 pm.
“Plan to spend the day enjoying downtown Jefferson,” an Art in the Gardens organizer said.
