“An Underdog Story”, a documentary about the JSPC Hall of Fame season of 1999, will be shown on the big screen Tuesday, Sept. 5, at the Sierra Community Theatre. Doors will open at 6:30 pm with the documentary starting at 7.
The special showing is part of WHO-TV’s RVTV with Murph and Andy on the courthouse square that evening.
WHO-TV will air a news segment Tuesday on the Rams’ 1999 season, which ended with a trip to the UNI-Dome, during the 10 pm newscast. The news segment will include interviews with current Greene County athletic director Dave Wright, retired Ram football coach Mark Sawhill, team members Scott Erickson and Matt Lautner, and 1999 Mom of the Year Cheri Delay.
