Persons pleaded not guilty in Greene County district court during the week ending Sept. 1 as follows: Andrew Lee Jensen, 41, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- second or subsequent offense; Kyle Dean Rysavy, 24, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury; and Teresa Ann Bebb, 59, of Perry, operating while intoxicated. Trial dates were set for 10/31 for Jensen and Rysavy, and for Dec. 12 for Bebb.
A case was initiated in district court during the week ending Sept. 1 against Sarah Dawn Schwery, 46, of Jefferson on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
