Scranton baker wins in State Fair cake decorating contest
Tanya Jackson of Scranton was awarded first place in the tiered division of the adult open class in decorated cakes competition at the Iowa State Fair. Entries were judged on execution, difficulty, appearance, neatness, originality, design, and edible applications. Judging was done Aug. 7.
