In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 16 against Richard Randall Eatwell of Newton on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge; both were suspended. he must pay $165.98 restitution to HyVee. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Cody Michael Husar of Churdan, possession/purchase of alcohol under legal age- second offense; and Melissa Marie Rysavy of Scranton, public consumption of alcohol.
