In Greene County magistrate court Christopher James Lehrkamp of Scranton was sentenced June 7 to three days in jail, with credit for time served, on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. No judgment was entered for court costs. Also, a charge against him in district court of animal abuse, a serious misdemeanor, was amended to disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor. That charge was dismissed without court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Alyssa Lorene Ralston of Des Moines, theft- fifth degree; Patricia Joann Day of Fort Dodge, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Gene Dillavou of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia.
