Dorothy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was not only beautiful and intelligent, she had a great sense of humor and surprised everyone with her quick wit. We always took pride in her sense of style.
She created a warm and welcoming home. It was amazing how she could whip up a delicious meal from an empty pantry. She had an artistic flair for everything from decorating, gardening, sewing and painting. She loved playing cards, especially bridge, and was an avid reader. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her entire family. She adored and cared for her little companion Ruby, who never left her side.
She will be deeply missed and never forgotten by all who loved her.
There will be a private family service.
