The Greene County boys golf team had a busy week, taking part in three meets, with the Friday meet bringing a second place win for the Rams.
On April 25, the team hosted Webster City, falling 173-177. Jack Hansen took first in the nine hole meet with a score of 39. Mylo Taute took fourth at 44, Nathan Behne finished sixth at 45 and Parker Fitzpatrick came in 10th at 49. Other scores were Cody McCollom 51 for 11th place, and Nathan Towers 57 for 12th place.
The Rams took part in a quadrangular at Woodland Hills Golf Course on Thursday, playing nine holes. Greene County came third out of four teams. Behne had a second place finish, with Hansen coming fifth and Taute finishing sixth.
Scores: Nathan Behne, 41, second; Jack Hansen, 42, fifth; Mylo Taute, 43, sixth; Cody McCollom, 46, 11th; Parker Fitzpatrick, 48, 12th; Nathan Towers, 50, 14th.
Team scores: South Hamilton 165; Roland-Story 171; Greene County 172; Saydel 208.
On Friday, the Rams traveled to Oak Park Golf Course, taking second out of five teams. Top 10 Ram finishes came from Hansen who finished first, Behne taking fourth, McCollom finishing seventh and Fitzpatrick taking ninth.
