Mary Tighe, a certified Medicare counselor in the Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) will be the speaker at the Community Conversation Thursday, May 4, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 801 W. Lincoln Way, Jefferson.
Tighe will speak about the free services available through SHIIP, including the Welcome to Medicare seminar, expert assistance in determine the most advantageous Part D plan for Medicare recipients, information to prevent being the victim of fraud or scams, preventive benefits, resources and more.
The conversation will begin with snacks and fellowship at 5 pm, followed by Tighe’s program at 5:30. All are welcome. There is no charge to attend.
