In Greene County district court Shane Franklin Clark, 43, of Council Bluffs was fined $260 with a $39 surcharge after he pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, amended from operate vehicle without owner’s consent. He must pay $100 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $219.88 court costs. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
Cases were initiated in district court during the week ending March 31 as follows: Travis Austin Smith, 32, of Churdan, driving while license barred; Samantha Monique Henderson, 30, of Jefferson, possession of methamphetamine- second offense and possession of marijuana; Ameen Salaam, 29, of Dolton, IL, possession of marijuana; and Charles Edward Henderson, 30, of Jefferson, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
