Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments in Greene County district court as follows: Travis James Crichton, 44, of Vail, possession of marijuana; Cody Michael Husar, 19, of Churdan, theft- second degree, supply alcohol to person under legal age- serious injury, possession of fictitious ID card or license; and Kenneth Eugene Hardman, 47, of Jefferson, sex registry violation. A trial date was set for Feb. 28 for Crichton, March 21 for Husar, and Feb. 14 for Hardman.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Breanna J. Brady, 29, of Lombard, IL, possession of marijuana; and Travis Scot Clark, 33, of Denison, driving while license barred.
