In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Royce Christopher Gonnelly of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Gonnelly was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. He must also pay $156.50 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs.
