The Greene County High School student council is honored to host a Veterans Day program again this year.
The program will be Wednesday, Nov. 9, because of students’ trimester testing Nov. 11.
Breakfast will be served for veterans at 7:30 am in the Ram Restaurant at the north entrance to the school. Veterans will go to the auditorium at about 8, with the program starting at about 8:15.
The program will consist of a welcome by student council president Olivia Shannon. The high school band and All-State vocalists will perform.
The high school video productions class is creating a video for veterans as well. There will also be a movie following the program, hosted by county veterans affairs coordinator Michael Bierl, for any veteran who would like to stay.
