In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 27 against Thomas Sameul Tedrock of Carlisle on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Tedrock was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. A charge of domestic abuse assault was dismissed.
Disposition was entered Aug. 31 in two cases against Anthony Charles Kennedy of Ames. In the first a judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct- abusive epithets/ abusive language/ threatening gesture. In the second a judgment was entered in the same amounts on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court cases were $60 in each case.
Cases were initiated as follows: Anthony Nunez Jr of Carroll, assault and interference with official acts; Mark Morrow of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; Elaine M. Norgart of Spencer, possession of drug paraphernalia; Matthew Lee Hurley of Jefferson, interference with official acts; Tyler James Armstrong of Churdan, theft- fifth degree and interference with official acts; and Brian R. Weltzin of Grand Junction, disorderly conduct- loud raucous noise.
