Early voting in the June 7 primary election has begun.
Voters can cast early ballots in person at the county auditor’s office at the courthouse during regular business hours now through Monday, June 6.
Voters who have requested an absentee ballot by mail should receive them soon, as May 18 is the first day the ballots can be mailed. Absentee ballots must be received back at the auditor’s office by Election Day, June 7. A drop box is available at the east entrance to the courthouse. Only voted ballots should be placed in the clearly designated box.
The auditor’s office will be open Saturday, June 4, from 7 am to 3 pm for absentee voting and other election business.
