In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered May 11 against Sarah Dawn Schwery of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. Schwery was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Michael David Teeples of Jefferson, reckless use of firearm; Makelia Rose Ranee Brown of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Harvick Beals of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Dennis Joe Polich of Madrid, public intoxication.
