In Greene County magistrate court James Keifer Eberle of Dana was sentenced May 4 to seven days in jail, with credit for time served, on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Court costs were $100.
Conar Allen Hornsby of Grand Junction was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge after he pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court costs were $60.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Clarence Steve Richardson of Hudson is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant was issued Nov. 1, 2019, and returned April 28.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Sarah Dawn Schwery of Jefferson, public intoxication; Miranda Schlicht of Ralston, violation of no contact order; and Ethan Michael Hueser of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia.
