In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered April 29 against Ted Lawrence Semke, 44, of Boone on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. He must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and complete any recommended treatment at his own expense. Court costs were $60 in that case. A related case in district court in which Semke was charged with possession of marijuana was dismissed. Court costs were $100 in that case. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
