The level of community transmission of Covid-19 has returned to LOW based on the number of hospital admissions related to Covid, the number of hospital beds filled with Covid patients, and the number of new Covid cases.
As of April 18, there have been 1,909 cases of Covid-19 in the county, an increase of 23 since March 28. The number of deaths in the county due to Covid remains at 21.

The Greene County public health department provides Covid and flu vaccines Thursdays from 1 to 4 pm at the public health clinic at Greene County Medical Center (Clinics entrance, Level B). Appointments can be made online at Adult FLU/COVID CLINIC or by calling 515-386-3228.
