The art of baking homemade bread was on the agenda at the Greene County Career Academy culinary kitchen when homemade bread enthusiast Tim Christensen shared his tips with twelve adult learners on hand.
Each student learned how to mix the ingredients and baked a loaf on site. They also created a second dough masterpiece to take home and bake in their own oven. Everyone had a great time while learning a lot.
More adult education classes are currently being scheduled for this winter.
