In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Nov. 17 against Justin Joe Downs of Churdan on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Downs was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit given for time served. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $95.50.
A case was initiated against Nicholas Weber of Fort Dodge on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
