The Greene County Youth Athletic Association (GCYAA) reminds parents that registration for the 2021 youth wrestling and basketball seasons is now open and will close Nov. 25. Registration is available online at www.gcyaa.org. Parents will create a profile and enter their child’s information only once, as it will be saved for future registrations.
The Rambler Wrestling Club is a competitive wrestling program for boys and girls in kindergarten through 6th grade, run GCYAA, that is designed to teach skills appropriate for each level, build upon those skills and encourage growth that prepares wrestlers for the next level. Practices will be on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:30 to – 7 pm. The cost is $45 per month with multiple athlete discounts and payment plans available.
Modified basketball is open to any student (boys & girls) 3rd through 6th grades who want to work on learning proper skills. Coaches will go over various skills and concepts that will be used for basketball. practice/scrimmage conditions.
