In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Elisha Zechariah Hiram Ward of Jefferson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He must pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $95 court costs. As part of a plea agreement, a charge against Ward in district court of possession of marijuana- second offense was dismissed. He must pay $145.58 court costs in that case. Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Luke Elwin Molle of Jamaica has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Oct. 29 as follows: Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, violation of a no contact order; Randy Leroy Walker of Scranton, harassment- third degree; and Derek Eugene Ott of Fort Dodge, possession of drug paraphernalia.
