The Greene County varsity volleyball team ended its season Wednesday in Orange City with a loss to Unity Christian in Class 3A regional semifinal play.
The Rams lost 3-0, with game scores 25-10, 25-9, 25-13.
Isabella Schroeder led the team in kills at seven, while Kaylee Stalder had four kills. Natalie Heupel was credited with 13 assists. Alexa Peters and Graci Cooklin led the Rams in digs with four each.
The Rams as a team served at 90 percent, with Katrina Heupel at 7/7 with one ace, Schroeder and Natalie Heupel both at 5/5, and Cooklin at 3/3.
The Rams ended the season with a 16-13 record. The Unity Christian Knights are now at 27-4.
All but one player can return next year to play for coach Chris Heisterkamp. Brianna Habben is the only senior on the team.
