In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered Sept. 24 against Jonathan Phillip Michael Kennedy of Bagley on a charge of criminal mischief. He must also pay $15 restitution to the Greene County jail and $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Austin Ray Higgins Owens of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order; Ariea Lyn Soll of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order; Jesse Whatley of Brazoria, TX, public intoxication; and Mark David Burgart of Churdan, obstruction of emergency communication.
