Due to the 2020 derecho, the city of Jefferson tree committee has acquired a limited number of quality trees for Jefferson residents to purchase (limit two trees per household).
Purchase price is $30 per tree (average 70 percent reduced price).

Residents who want to order trees should contact Joan Conroy at 515-386-2530 or jconroy@netins.net and provide first and last name, phone and email, tree type (list alternate if preference is unavailable) and tree quantity.
Orders must be received by Friday, Oct. 1 at 4 pm. Trees should be picked up Saturday, Oct. 16, between 9 and 10:30 am at the Greene County Fairgrounds. Payment will be collected when trees are picked up; cash or check made payable to Jefferson Community Betterment Foundation.
