A commemorative program is scheduled on Saturday, Sept. 11, in Churdan as the community remembers the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks in New York and Pennsylvania Sept. 11, 2001.
The program features entertainment in song and verse.
The Town and Country Band will perform with readings by members of the community.
Attendees should bring lawn chairs to the Churdan City Park at 7 pm to listen to this remembrance.
The evening is sponsored in part by the Churdan public library.
