In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 4 against Tanya Marie Helmrichs of Grand Junction on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Helmrichs was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Jonathan Phillip Michael Kennedy of Bagley, criminal mischief- fifth degree; Ryan James Brown of Jefferson, interference with official acts; and Melissa Marie Rice of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault.
