In Greene County district court cases were initiated during the week ending July 2 as follows: Zachary Lee Flinn, 28, of Perry, possession of methamphetamine- third or subsequent offense, controlled substance violation, and ongoing criminal conduct- influence enterprise; Tyler Wayne Howell, 39, of Fort Dodge, driving while license barred; Damien James Comstock, 25, of Woolstock, driving while license barred; Carter Eugene Fetters, 70, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense; Brian Jeffery B Uris, 42, of Scranton, operating while intoxicated- first offense; Anthony’s James Peterson, 31, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault causing injury or mental illness, willful injuring causing serious injury; Michael Lee Eastman, 47, of Jefferson, driving while license barred; Rosemarie Esperanza Reyna Nava-Espiritu, 29, of Denison, driving while license barred; and Matthew Lee Hurley, 40, of Jefferson, driving while license barred.
