In Greene County magistrate court Alicia Marie. Beardsley was sentenced Dec. 7 to 30 days in jail on a charge of violation of a protective order. The jail time is concurrent to jail time in a Guthrie County felony case. No monetary judgment against Beardsley was entered, nor were court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Keegan Williams of Jefferson, interference with official acts; Marcia Kay Lowe of Yale, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Nathaniel Clark Aldrich of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fourth degree.
