In Greene County magistrate court James Kenneth Harris of Woodward was sentenced Nov. 19 to 30 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The jail sentence was suspended and he was placed on self-probation fo the Greene County sheriff for one year. He was fined $65 with a $9.75 surcharge. Court costs were $95. A related charge in district court of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
