Dillan Bates of Scranton won the big prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Holiday Wishes” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey’s in Scranton and claimed his prize Nov. 10 at lottery headquarters in Clive.
Holiday Wishes is a $20 scratch game that features 13 top prizes of $25,000 and overall odds of 1 in 2.64.
