The VFW auxiliary is honoring veterans and their guest with a free meal at the VFW hall in Jefferson on Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11. The meal will include beef burgers, baked beans, chips, and a dessert beginning at 5 until 6:30 pm.
Due to the COVID pandemic, there will no indoor seating for this meal. Patrons may walk up or drive up to the curb outside the VFW Hall where someone will take your order and bring it out to you. You may also call 515-230-6793 for home deliveries.
The VFW auxiliary will also accept freewill donations for the meal.
